Understanding and Support

A safe space to pause, reflect, and make sense of your experiences, with support from a specialist dyslexia assessor and practitioner.

Inclusive Ally Solutions was created for neurodivergent adults who have spent years silently managing challenges with reading, writing, spelling, organisation, planning, attention, or processing information.

You may have spent much of your life wondering why some things seem harder for you than they do for others. You may have questioned whether you could have a specific learning difficulty but were never identified while growing up.

Over time, you may have developed your own ways of coping and created strategies that have helped you manage education, work, and everyday life. These strategies can become so familiar that others may never realise how much effort they require. They help you move forward, but they can also leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated, or wondering why things feel more difficult than expected.

As you progress through life, particularly within your career and personal life, these challenges may become more noticeable. The strategies that once helped you manage may no longer feel enough for the next stage of your journey, creating a need for exploration, understanding, and support.

We often encourage children and young people to ask for help, but as adults, this can feel much harder. You may have become used to pushing through, finding your own solutions, hiding your difficulties, and appearing strong. Sometimes you have done this for so long that you no longer recognise the effort involved.

Inclusive Ally Solutions offers a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and make sense of your experiences with support from a specialist dyslexia assessor and practitioner with two decades of experience working within the disability sector.

There is no pressure towards diagnosis, disclosure, or labels. The focus is on understanding your story, recognising patterns that may have been present since childhood, understanding the way you perceive and process information, identifying your strengths, and exploring practical ways forward that are evidence-based.

Whether you are employed, self-employed, studying, looking for work, managing a home, or trying to make sense of lifelong challenges with literacy, numeracy, organisation, planning, attention, or processing information, you do not have to navigate this alone.

Sometimes the first step is not finding an answer. It is giving yourself permission to ask the question.

Are you thriving, or have you simply become very good at surviving?
